# Venuet

> Venuet is a proposal & e-signature SaaS for restaurants and event venues. It turns customer event-inquiry emails (RFPs) into instantly-signable, beautifully-designed proposals — mobile-friendly, on-brand from cover to signature, with a tamper-evident accept flow.

Built for the people who actually run events: restaurant managers, banquet coordinators, venue owners. Replaces the typical email-PDF-back-and-forth dance with a single shareable link that the customer can read on their phone, adjust quantities on, and sign in-browser.

Made in Finland. Bilingual product (Finnish + English). EU data residency (Cloudflare R2 + Neon Postgres in Helsinki). GDPR-native.

## What it does

- **RFP intake**: embedded chat-style widget on the venue's site, OR forward customer emails to a per-tenant inbox (`inbox-{slug}@in.venuet.io`) and Venuet auto-extracts contact + event date + headcount + budget.
- **Proposal builder**: drag-free editor with cover, intro, products, schedule, gallery, terms, attachments, total. Per-account brand (logo, palette, typography) applied to every proposal automatically.
- **E-signature**: in-browser, click-to-sign, IP-stamped. The accepted proposal is snapshotted + SHA-256 hashed; tampering shows a banner to the recipient.
- **CRM**: customer records, status (prospect / active / dormant / lost), reminders, tasks, follow-ups, BEO production worksheets for the kitchen.
- **WhatsApp & AI assistant** (Pro / Enterprise): operator chats with one shared WhatsApp number to create reminders or query their own CRM data in natural language.
